Reservations/Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy:
• A prepayment of 30% is needed up to 14 days before arrival date. It is necessary to send us in our email the deposit document.
• If cancelled the reservation within 14 days before arrival date no fees
• If cancelled or modified the reservation within 14 days from arrival date an amount 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged
• In case of non show all the reservation amount will be charged
• PAYMENT OF THE REST OF THE BOOKING THE DAY OF ARRIVAL. It is necessary to send us in our email the deposit document.
• If using a credit card you accept to charge you reservation fees according with the above mentioned conditions
• In any other case that is not according with the above conditions we have the right to cancel reservation without any obligation.

Our hotel has the right to claim the above amounts mentioned in the above hotel cancellation policy. Responsible for compliance with the mentioned hotel cancellation rules between the client and the hotel owner are the courts of Cyclades islands.
